Piada Italian Street Food - Euless: Authentic Italian Pasta & Fast Casual Dining in Texas

From start to finish this place is amazing! We have never been to Piada before and are so glad we made the stop. Customer service was excellent, but more importantly... the food was delicious! They make your pasta right in front of you and shred fresh Parmesan to top off your entree. Christina, Cameron & George(?) i believe was his name were wonderful. This team worked together flawlessly to provide a wonderful first experience! We cannot wait to come back!

My first stop on my trip to Dallas. I love Piada and miss it so much so it was much needed. But I quickly learned Piada didn’t have zucchini and mushrooms at the time. I was very sad because I just get a veggie bowl. I still enjoyed my lunch though. Ray and Lena were Awesome. Piada please bring back Zucchini and mushrooms soon.

Only been to this location twice. The first time was a weekday and there were only two employees but the service was fast. The food was good. This time, there were at least five employees but only one was actively working the line and checking out the guests. I asked her name and another employee said it was Aria, if you need expediency, she's the person to go to. The other employee on the line was all over the place "trying to look busy". They got a drink, went back to another line that's off to the side while a customer was waiting to be attended. I saw the lady wait at least five minutes before the second employee with a skeleton dinosaur tattoo came and greeted her. Anyways, shout-out to Aria for getting the people their food fast and for being so polite and nice (she got me pepper flakes when I asked).

I've had their pasta and salad options, both were tasty. Inside is clean and always very busy. Their drive-thru option is very convenient. However, my last visit I waited in the drive thru for like 10 mins. I told the cashier my name at least 4x and she swore it was still being prepared (even after arriving 3 mins after the pick up time). Turns out, my order had been sitting on the shelf the whole time. I had to show her my receipt, in which she proceeded to say no and mispronounce my name. I had to tell her how it's correctly pronounced. I left slightly annoyed and offended. Please work on the competence of your staff!

Fantastic service from Ava, Alex, Zoie, and Ray. They were all so kind and made our visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My friend and I went for our first and it was the best Italian I have ever had in my life! Inside was nice and clean, not too loud or quiet. The employees were phenomenal and had BEAUTIFUL customer service. 10/10 def recommend, thank you Keith Lee!

Ava did an amazing job mixing my basil pesto pasta, and she was so kind! Bryan was very welcoming. I’ve visited a few times, and the other manager Ray has made it feel like family every time I order. We got a small basil pesto with crispy chicken, regular marinara with crispy chicken, and a create your own piada with the hot fried chicken, and everything was so yummy.

10 out of 10 will definitely come again! Alex, Ava & Zoe took amazing care of us as this was our first time trying Piada. They were patient, friendly, and welcoming. The food is absolutely amazing! We both ordered spaghetti one with alfredo the other with their famous diavolo sauce. I had chicken while my son had calamari.
